Language check

If you are unsure about the linguistic quality of a document that you have had translated into French, or that has been written in French, I can perform a language check to make sure it comes up to the desired standard.

In addition to making sure the translated text accurately reflects the original, I check the following aspects:

• Spelling
• Grammar
• Punctuation
• Syntax
• Conformity with typographic rules (capitalisation, acronyms and abbreviations, use of italics, etc.)
• Terminology
• Consistency and accuracy of information
